Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the current FORGE CUSTOMS demo site. They govern the storefront interface, custom build configurator, and informational support pages presented here.

Informational Use

This project currently acts as a frontend demo and brand experience, not a live production checkout.

Pricing Is Estimated

Any totals shown in the cart or custom PC builder are frontend estimates only and do not create a binding quote, invoice, or purchase agreement.

No Order Placement

Adding items to cart or submitting a build request does not complete a transaction, reserve hardware, or initiate shipment.

Content May Change

System names, specifications, pricing, and support information may be updated, removed, or replaced without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

Use the configurator and support pages responsibly and verify any real purchase details directly with FORGE before making decisions.

  • Do not rely on the demo cart as a final contract or production quote.
  • Confirm actual part compatibility, pricing, availability, and lead times before ordering.
  • Use official vendor pages when downloading BIOS, driver, or firmware updates.
  • Do not submit sensitive information through demo-only inquiry fields.

Third-Party Links and Resources

This site may link to manufacturers, email clients, and other external services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Vendor Support Links

Driver and support pages on NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and other third-party sites are outside the control of this project.

Email Links

Contact links may open your email provider or client, which will apply its own data handling and transmission rules.

Hosting Platform

Deployed versions of this site may be served by third-party hosting providers that maintain their own service terms.

Warranty and Support Scope

Warranty language shown on the storefront is brand and UX copy for the demo. Final commercial terms should be confirmed through a real sales or support workflow.

If FORGE CUSTOMS later launches live checkout, financing, or hosted customer accounts, these terms should be replaced with production-ready commercial terms before launch.
